A Few dates for your diaries over the next couple of months
Saturday 4th October - JPM will be performng at the club. JPM are a trio band who sing and play the guitar, and they have beformed at the club before and were quite a hit singing all types of songs.
Saturday 18th October - There will be a show in the club. The act is yet to be confirmed but there is definitely a show.
Saturday 25th October - The Annual Junior Presentation which will include throughout the eveining a quiz, bingo and open the box. Everyone attending is asked to be at the club by 7.30pm.
Friday 31st October - Junior Presentation for the Under 9s and the Under 11 and 12 Green Team which wil include a quiz.Everyone attending is asked to be at the club by 7pm
Saturday 8th November - The club will be open from 1pm ready for the Wales rugby international against South Africa which kicks off at 2:30pm - There will be an offer on beer which is yet to be confirmed.
Friday 14th November - The club will be open from 7pm ready for the Wales International against Cananda.The match starts at 7:30pm.
Saturday 15th November - The Annual senior presentation will be held on this evening. Everyone attending is asked to be at the club by 7pm
Saturday 22nd November - The club will be open from 1pm ready for the Wales rugby international against New Zealanda which kicks off at 5.15pm- There will be an offer on beer which is yet to be confirmed.
Saturday 29th November - The club will be open from 1pm ready for the Wales rugby international against Australia which kicks off at 2:30pm - There will be an offer on beer which is yet to be confirmed.
Saturday 20th December will be the clubs Xmas Party. The party will be aimed at the kids with games and quizzes etc. There will also be an appearance from santa claus. Everyone is asked to be at the club by 7pm. Ready for the festive entertainment.

There are a few key points that came out of the meeting that members should be aware of. As of Monday 15th September there will new opening times for the clubhouse. They are as follows
Monday - Closed
Tuesday - 7pm
Wednesday - 7pm
Thursday - Closed
Friday - 7pm
Saturday - 1pm
Sunday - 7pm
As of Saturday 4th of october, the bonusball will be replaced with a club draw. Its a £1 a week and the winner recieves £25 and will be notified by phonecall and also on the website. If you are interested in a number then contact me via email.

We are looking for volunteers to re-decorate the club during the half term week which commences on the 27th of october. If you are free that week and wish to help out then PLEASE let me know on the forum or give carl a ring on 07791018852. The more people, the quicker we will be.

South Wales Junior Cricket League - 35th Anniversary Dinner
The South Wales Junior Cricket League is celebrating its 35th Anniversary in 2008.
One of the events we are holding is an anniversary dinner
This will be combined with a fund raiser for the
Under 17 side touring Barbados in Feb 2009.
Venue: Manor Park, Clydach, Friday 26th September
Guest Speaker: David Graveney, O.B.E.
Former Chairman of England Selectors
Cost - £20 per person (The room will be set for tables of 10)
